As an elder my ministry is opening myself up to the Spirit to work through me to help guide and grow others.

My wife, Sherri, and I were married on June 30, 2001. We have three children; John Schaeffer, Dustin Schaefer, and Shawn Barnett.

My faith to me is great peace and joy in knowing my Savior and Salvation. No longer trying to earn something I never could.

The reason I joined C.H.L.C. is I finally realized I couldn't fix-it! I began looking again for Christ. I was invited to Cedar Hill Lutheran and was amazed how friendly, but mostly real, everyone was.

If you really want to see a change in your life, open your heart to Christ and get to know Him not just know of him.
